The goal of this program is to provide a monthly space in which students can learn and explore various techniques for maintaining overall wellness. We will feature anything from mindful cooking and eating to yoga to productive study habits. This program can expose all students to new healthy habits and encourage them to practice wellnesses and self-care in their lives. In order for students in recovery, in particular, to transform from a formerly destructive lifestyle into one of optimal health, this group will be of great service. By implementing these wellness workshops, Live Free hopes to attract students both in and out of recovery to foster integration, and help cultivate an overall culture of wellness on this campus.
